To Troop 62 parents:
there will be an important parent meeting at at CPC room 109.
At this meeting we will review the work of the Scoutmaster Transition group. There is a plan, a good one, and parents have an important role to play. We will share the proposed troop management structure, introduce the people who have volunteered for various roles and request formal ratification from the parent group. This will set the stage for the continued success of the troop for the next several years. I think you will be impressed.
We will also review planned scout activities through the spring and summer.
Opportunities for parents to volunteer will be available.
Any questions are welcome!
Assuming the transition plan is approved without too much revision, this meeting should last no longer than an hour.
Parents whose schedule allow can show up atto help set up the room. And if a couple folk hang around after the meeting to help clean up it would be appreciated.
