Court of Honor information

Date:  Monday, May 23rd

Time:  6:00 pm to 8:00 pm

Location:  Christ Presbyterian Church (room info to follow).

 

Scouts should wear their CLASS A UNIFORM with Bandanna and Merit Badge Sash (if you have one)!

 

Potluck Food Assignments (by last name):

A to B:   Bread products (dinner rolls, bread, croissants, etc)

C to H:  Salad (green salads, fruit, vegies, etc.)

I to W:  Entres (Pastas, pizza, meatballs, Little Smokies!, etc.)

X to Z:  Caviar (that's a joke)

 

The Troop will provide plates, utensils, napkins, beverages, and cake.

 

Please bring enough to feed 8-10 people.  Please bring an appropriate serving utensil for your item.  Limited electrical will be available.  Please label non-disposables with your name.

 

HELP Needed!  We need at least 5 adults (with or without scouts) to arrive about 5 pm to assist with set-up and decorations.  Please let me know if you can help!
